Revolution Precrafted Signs Deal To Expand In Cyprus

by VG Cabuag, Business Mirror

REVOLUTION Precrafted Inc., a property developer using prefabrication materials, said it has signed an agreement with publicly listed Cyprus Trading Corp. Plc. for the supply of residential units, glamping accommodations, retail spaces and hotel villas in the tiny Mediterranean nation.

The company said it will supply units in the popular Cypriot cities of Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos, a move that allows the Antonio-led firm to expand in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean regions.

“The region presents a good opportunity for Revolution Precrafted because of their appreciation of architecture, art and design. We hope to supply curated luxury residential apartments that boast of sophisticated designs that will appeal to the more privileged market.,” said Jose Roberto R. Antonio, founder and CEO of Revolution Precrafted.

Cyprus is the 14th international market for Revolution Precrafted. It aims to be present in 25 markets by the end of 2018.

The agreement, in the form of a letter of intent, extends also to Cyprus Limni Resorts and Golf Courses, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyprus Trading. The two companies will study the possibility of putting up residential units, hotel villas, glamping units and pop-up retail spaces that can be used as warehouses and commercial spaces.

Glamping is short for glamorous camping or luxurious camping.

The two companies are looking at multiple locations including a possible project in Limni Resorts and Golf Course at the center of Chrysochous Bay, near the town of Polis, in northwest Cyprus.

It may supply a number of glamping units in the hillside of Kinousa Village, a separate property in Northwest Cyprus, also owned by Cyprus Limni.

Cyprus Trading is listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and controls a number of companies from various industries, such as retail, automotive and engineering, property development and management, and infrastructure.
