Resident Branding partners with chef Todd English to launch a first-of-its-kind Filipino-inspired culinary platform

MANILA, Philippines — Resident Branding OPC, led by CEO Robbie Antonio, has entered into a partnership with Todd English Philippines LLC to develop the Project—a chef-driven food concept that celebrates Filipino culture through elevated culinary innovation and global scalability.

The collaboration brings together Resident Branding’s operational expertise in the Philippine market with the culinary vision of acclaimed chef Todd English, whose international restaurant portfolio has shaped hospitality standards across the United States, Middle East and Asia.

Todd English Philippines LLC—jointly owned by English and Michael Wainstein, a leading investor in culinary and lifestyle brands—will provide access to the Todd English brand, culinary framework, and the quality standards that define its global reputation.

Fast-premium Filipino dining

Designed as a fast-premium food platform, the Project blends local heritage with chef-level precision and convenience. The concept is built around five culinary pillars:

  • Filipino Heritage Selections – modern expressions of iconic Filipino dishes
  • Todd English Signatures – such as  steamed pastrami, handcrafted sandwiches, artisanal flatbreads
  • Asian Regional Flavors – dumplings, siomai, Hainanese chicken, rice bowls
  • Coffee & Boulangerie Corner – specialty brews, pastries and freshly baked breads
  • Grab & Go Market Essentials – convenience items aligned with premium culinary standards

Where possible, ingredients will be locally sourced to support Filipino farmers and promote sustainable supply-chain practices.

Scalability and expansion strategy

Initial locations will be launched across Metro Manila, with strategic expansion targeting airports, mixed-use developments, university districts and hotel lobbies throughout Southeast Asia.

A joint management board will oversee menu curation, brand execution, design development and operational standards.

Launch details and location announcements will be released in the coming months.
