Revolution Precrafted Eyes Spain’s Growing Property Sector

by Miguel R. Camus, Philippine Daily Inquirer

Revolution Precrafted, a homegrown company that designs and builds prefabricated structures for clients around the world, announced it has sealed an “exploratory agreement” with a Spanish company to build modular homes.

In a statement, Revolution Precrafted said the deal with Neinor Homes, which is listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, would start with two projects in Navarra and Castellón.

Neinor Homes was said to be keen on expanding its business through modular homes. Its goal is to offer some 3,500 to 4,000 homes annually by 2020.

“The deal between the two companies is expected to accelerate the growth of the Spanish property sector,” Revolution Precrafted said in its statement.

Neinor Homes CEO Juan Velayos noted they were addressing growing demand for real estate in Spain.

“We are aware of the great demand for quality, beautiful homes in Spain and we expect the partnership with Revolution Precrafted, the only branded home company in the world, to be instrumental in responding to this demand. We expect this partnership to serve as a catalyst for the further growth of the Spanish real estate industry,” Velayos said.

Revolution Precrafted was founded by Robbie Antonio, whose family owns Century Properties Group Inc.

“We believe that our value proposition of bringing speed, quality in building these homes, will attract a significant portion of the market,” Antonio said in the same statement.

Revolution Precrafted has embarked on a global deal-signing spree over the last six months apart from securing key projects in the Philippines.
